Configure Liveclicker Insights Settings
Reports that are surfaced in the Insights section of Liveclicker can be personalized to reflect your choice of metrics to display:
Impressions — An Impression occurs every time an email with a Liveclicker element embed code is opened. If the email has multiple element embed codes in it, then multiple impressions occur on every open. For example, and email opened with a LiveTimer and a LiveVideo embed code in it, will track 2 impressions per every open.
An impression will be reflected in the reporting when an element is rendered inside an email. Please note that there's a time window in which we will ignore duplicated impressions. This time window depends on each email client or web browser.
Unique Impressions — These are unique impressions for openers in the selected date range. Multiple impressions from the same campaign and from the same subscriber ID will count as only one unique impression in a breakdown by campaign.
Clicks — A click is tracked every time a Liveclicker element is clicked and the user is taken to a pre-configured click-through URL that was configured in the element. A click will be tracked whether the element renders completely in the email or not. For example, if images are turned off, and an opener clicks in the white space where the element is supposed to render, the click will still take the user to the client's desired landing page. This will create a pseudo impression and click for this element.
Every time an user clicks on a Liveclicker element, a click is recorded in the reporting. We take into account multiple clicks from the same user so all clicks are counted.
Unique Clicks —These are unique clicks for an opener in a selected time period. If you choose a certain date range and there is more than one click, only 1 will be counted.
Total Click-to-open rate — This is calculated by taking the total number of clicks for the element or campaign being analyzed.
Unique Click-to-open rate —This rate calculates the percentage of clicks that you have based on your unique visitors. (CTR= unique clicks/unique impressions)
